All rooms at Sparrowbush Cottage are available by reservation only.

Reservations are recommended in advance. However, last minute reservations are occasionally possible. A deposit of 1/2 is required and must be received within two weeks of booking to hold the room. There is a two week cancellation policy. Some weekends require at least a two night reservation.  A full breakfast is included.

 Sparrowbush cottage is open May 10 to October 31 

All guest rooms in Sparrowbush Cottage are air conditioned and have individual thermostats for cool weather comfort. There is WiFi throughout the house but to preserve the peace there is NO television at Sparrowbush Cottage.                                                              

The Blue Room features a king size bed and a private bath. The king bed can be made up as twins and a "hired man's bed", also in the room, makes the room suitable for three people traveling together. There is an added charge for an additional person.

The Windmill Room contains a full (double) size bed
and features a view of the Fenner Wind Farm.

The Valentine Room is decorated with antique  valentines and provides twin beds.

The Windmill Room and the Valentine Room share a bath.

There is no smoking anywhere at Sparrowbush Cottage or on the surrounding farm.
